Through our unique summer camps and school-year events and programs, we have effectively empowered girls through sports by building their confidence and teaching each one skills and values crucial to their growth as an athlete AND a person. We have worked hard, observing and listening to feedback every step of the way, to become the experts in the areas of communication and teaching methodology. The result is customized, fun programming that includes our signature incentive programs. We are so proud of our impact – exciting girls about staying fit and active on top of imparting core values and life skills that go beyond the playing field. This is our passion and our mission.

Our History
THE HISTORY OF GAME ON! – and why Boise & the Treasure Valley is our next chapter
Back in the 1970s, while competing in tennis, basketball, volleyball, and softball at Highland Park High School, the idea of Game On!—and the notion of passing on the gift of sports to young girls—was still a distant dream. Following high school, Barb headed to the University of Michigan to play tennis (1978), followed by law school, eight years with the United States Attorney’s Office in Chicago, and ultimately on to success in the business world.
For years, Barb dreamed about opening a sports camp for girls in conjunction with other community-oriented sports programming. She often talked about how much her involvement in sports had positively shaped her life. She had been an early beneficiary of Title IX and never stopped appreciating the doors of opportunity that opened because of it. Barb credited sports with building self-image, confidence, and lasting friendships—foundational experiences that helped shape a fulfilling personal and professional life.
In 2006, Barb decided it was time—and Game On! Sports Camp 4 Girls was born. The first camp opened in 2007 at Lake Forest College in Lake Forest, Illinois. Barb, together with Director of Operations Sara Hokin, was proud to open a second camp in downtown Chicago in 2011, and then expand to other states across the country.
Game On! in Boise: Powered by Purpose
Today, that same mission is taking root in Idaho through Game On! Sports Camps 4 Girls – Boise, Powered by iWIN Sports | A Taylor LEAD Foundation program.
iWIN Sports (Idaho Women in Sports) exists to increase access, visibility, and leadership for girls and women in sports across Idaho—because we believe we all win when girls are powered to play. The Taylor LEAD Foundation was created to open doors for young people through opportunity, mentorship, and resources—especially for those who have historically been left out of the game.
Why the Taylor Family cares
For the Taylor family, this work is personal. It’s about legacy, equity, and the belief that sport can change a life—and a community. Rooted in Idaho and shaped by the values of service and leadership, the Taylor family’s commitment is simple: help girls get in the game, stay in the game, and grow into leaders because of the game.
What we’re building here
In Boise and the Treasure Valley, Game On! is more than a camp—it’s a confidence-building experience where girls of all skill levels are welcomed, coached, and celebrated. We combine multi-sport play with leadership moments, role models, and camp traditions that make girls feel proud, capable, and connected.
This is the next chapter of Game On!—Idaho-grown, mission-driven, and built to help girls thrive on the field and beyond it.
