Operated by: The Taylor LEAD Foundation, Inc. d/b/a Game On Sports Camps 4 Girls Idaho (the “Operator”)
Effective for Summer 2026 registrations.
1) Payment Information
- Deposit due at registration: A $300 deposit per week is due at the time of registration to reserve your camper’s spot.
- Balance payment date: The remaining balance will be charged to the payment method on file on April 15, 2026.
- Registrations after April 15, 2026: If you register on or after April 15, 2026, payment in full is due at the time of registration.
- Financial assistance: If financial assistance or scholarships are available for a given program/session, details will be shared in the registration portal and/or on the camp website. Please contact the Operator using the email/phone listed in your registration confirmation for current options.
2) Refunds & Cancellation (Deposit Rules)
- Refund window: Camp deposits are refundable until April 1, 2026, less a $100 administrative fee.
- Administrative fee: The $100 administrative fee is never refundable.
- After April 1, 2026: No refunds will be issued after April 1, 2026 (including deposit and/or tuition payments), except as described in Section 4 below.
3) No Refunds / No Make-Up Days for Missed Attendance
Families are not entitled to refunds, credits, or make-up days for camp days or weeks missed due to:
- sickness or injury,
- vacation/travel,
- schedule conflicts,
- late arrivals/early pickups,
- behavioral or disciplinary dismissals, or
- other similar personal circumstances.
4) Exceptional Circumstances (Case-by-Case)
Refunds due to serious medical conditions or other exceptional circumstances may be considered at the sole discretion of the Operator. Documentation may be requested. Any approved exception (including whether it is a refund, partial refund, or credit) will be determined by the Operator on a case-by-case basis.
5) Weather / Facility / Safety Closures
There are no refunds for camp days cancelled or shortened due to circumstances that make a camp site unsafe or unusable, including but not limited to:
- extreme weather and air-quality events,
- facility power outages,
- facility closures, emergencies, or restrictions, or
- unsafe travel conditions and/or staffing limitations that prevent safe operation.
Closure decisions are made by the Operator and/or site leadership in the interest of participant safety.
6) Switching Weeks
Families may request to switch camp weeks (or program sessions) through May 15, 2026, contingent on availability.
- Switching weeks is not guaranteed and depends on open capacity in the requested week.
- After May 15, 2026, week changes may not be available.
7) Payment Method & Collections
By registering, you authorize the Operator to charge the payment method on file according to the schedule above. If a payment fails, the Operator may require updated payment information and may cancel a registration if payment is not resolved.
