Program Director (Boise)
Game On! Sports Camp 4 Girls is dedicated to creating an exceptional, customized, and nurturing summer sports day camp experience for girls. Game On’s mission is to work with girls ages 4 – 14, to develop or enhance their appreciation and appetite for sports & fitness. We recognize that even the slightest bit of progress means confidence and empowerment for our campers. The program is also committed to utilizing the power of sport to teach life skills, positive values and healthy habits. In essence, Game On! harnesses the power of sport to create strong girls in body, mind and team.
The Camp Director’s responsibility is to execute the mission of Game On! every day at camp, in addition to creating the spirited atmosphere and energy we are known for. Specifically, a Director’s responsibility would include the following:
- Securing and Maintaining a SAFE & FUN camp environment;
- Administration and organizational prep prior to the start of the week and each day
- Managing coaching team
- Managing day to day operations and camp schedule adjustments
- Responsible for creating and maintaining the Game On! environment
- Maintaining positive facility relations
Some of the criteria we look for in a Camp Director:
- Strong Athletic background a plus

Program Manager — Camps & Clinics (Game On! Boise)
You will be the operational lead for Game On! Sports Camps 4 Girls (Boise) — overseeing summer camps and supporting year-round clinics/camps. You’ll manage the planning, staffing coordination, parent communication, equipment logistics, schedules, and day-of execution to ensure every girl has a safe, joyful, high-quality experience.
Primary Responsibilities
Build weekly camp plans and run-of-show schedules; manage rosters and communication to families
Coordinate staffing needs, onboarding, training support, and day-of supervision
Manage supplies/inventory and ensure facilities are set up, safe, and program-ready
Support safety protocols, incident documentation, and continuous improvement
Capture feedback and basic metrics (attendance, satisfaction) and recommend improvements
Cross-support iWIN Sports events and impact programming as needed
Ideal Fit

Summer Camp Coaches (Counselors - Boise)
Join us at Game On! Sports 4 Girls and become part of a unique summer day camp coaching team dedicated to empowering girls for life through sports. Find the reward and joy in helping us to implement our award-winning active, multi-sport programming that leaves girls ages 4 – 14, with a deep sense of what it means to be GIRLSTRONG – strong in body, strong in mind and strong in team.
Coaches will be supervising a group of approximately 6 to 12 girls and assisting Sports Directors as they rotate through various sports stations and other fun activities while fulfilling other assigned responsibilities.
While sports are our main focus, we also instill and encourage confidence, life skills and values that will prepare our Game On! girls for a healthy, productive and active life. By the way, we can get pretty crazy as well with water wars, minute-to-win-it contests, and watermelon eating contests. Our Game On! summers are pure fun and incredibly rewarding for our staff. A day at Game On! might include a variety of the following: field hockey, volleyball, basketball, softball, lacrosse, soccer, tennis, pickleball, flag football, rugby, capture the flag, ultimate frisbee, golf, martial arts and more.

Sports Director (Lead Coach) (Summer only - Boise)
Seeking experienced coaches that are looking for a highly impactful and structured all girls multi-sport camp like no other!!!
Sports hiring: Volleyball, Soccer, Martial Arts, Softball/Baseball, Field Hockey, Pickleball/Tennis, Flag Football, Basketball, Lacrosse, and Dance
As a Sport Director (Lead Coach), you will help organize and execute a Game On! Curriculum designed to teach girls grades Pre-K through 8th the fundamentals in your sport. You will focus on creating a fun, engaging, and supportive environment that encourages athletes to grow both in skill & confidence and work closely with camp staff to ensure an empowering camp experience. Directors will lead hands-on lessons, supervise camp activities, and promote the joy of sport through a positive, safe, and energetic atmosphere.

Assistant Program Director (Summer only - Boise)
Game On! Assistant Directors will report to the Camp Director and assume any and all roles and responsibilities delegated by the Director. Typically the Director and Assistant Directors will work closely as a team, with the Director technically taking on overall responsibility. Consequently, we look for the Assistant Director to possess most of the same qualifications as the Director. (See above.) Assistant Directors may also take on the role of a Sports Director when appropriate.

Empower Girls Through the Joy of Sport
Game On! Sports Camps 4 Girls powered by iWIN Sports is growing in Boise and the Treasure Valley, and we’re looking for enthusiastic, responsible coaches who are passionate about working with kids and helping girls build confidence through sport.
As a Game On! coach, you’ll lead a variety of school-year and seasonal programs for girls, including after-school classes, clinics, birthday parties, and special events. You’ll deliver engaging, award-winning programming that helps girls grow strong—in body, mind, and team—while reinforcing leadership, sportsmanship, and teamwork.
This is a paid coaching position and a great fit for college students, high school juniors and seniors, educators, former athletes, or adults with a flexible weekday (after-school) and/or weekend schedule.
We provide the structure and support you need to succeed—including training, lesson plans, equipment, and safety protocols—so you can focus on creating a fun, positive, and confidence-building experience for every girl.

Coach in Training (All locations)
The Game On! Coach in Training Program welcomes students entering their freshman and sophomore years in high school who are looking for special training that prepares them for working with and impacting girls through sports. Participation in the program offers an advantage toward becoming a Game On! Coach or Sports Director prior to their senior year and not only promotes growth as a leader but assures a most active and fun summer.
CIT PROGRAM BENEFITS:

Marketing/Social Media Internship
- Contributing to the creation of a marketing plan/campaign for our fall programming
- Creating materials designed to support and promote the fall programming marketing plan/campaign (i.e. social media content including graphics and video, promotional emails, etc.)
- Creating social media content – primarily video reels and live clips for Instagram, Facebook, and Tiktok with a focus on the Game On! summer camp experience
